The 2023 version design remains unchanged from the 2022 version, when the SUV already got a massive makeover. Everything from the engine (3.5L V6 or 3.0L V6) to the horsepower (290hp to 355hp) is the same as the previous year. Trims are the same as the 2022 version too.

Interior Layout/Options

The interior of the Acura offers enough legroom for seven passengers with additional two seats on the third row. You can feel the luxury with the heated front seats. You have a wide choice of colors for the leather seats, and options are Ebony Leather, Saddle Brown Leather, and Greystone Leather, with the possibility of adding Ultrasuede.

The Acura MDX has added technology such as twelve-speaker ELS Premium Audio, connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, USB ports (two in the third row), and a wireless phone charger compatible with iPhones and smartphones.

The Acura has a 30-centimeter control screen that you can control with a touchpad on the dashboard. This screen controls all multimedia functions, such as GPS, weather, and music.

Every version of the 2023 Acura MDX features 18 to 20" aluminum alloy wheels, all-season tires, auto-folding side mirrors, and a power lift tailgate. The silver roof rail is optional on certain trims. The vehicle is equipped with its characteristic LED fog light, high grille, and medium height. 

The Acura MDX is available in many colors, such as Platinum White Pearl, Platinum Elite Lunar Silver Metallic, Liquid Carbon Metallic, and Majestic Black Pearl. Colors vary with the trim selected.
